How to Book
Due to being very popular, Parents who use our club can do so on a Contract Basis.
Contract booking
Contract bookings are where parents commit to paying for the same sessions and days each week (term time only), irrespective of if they are used or not . This gives parents peace of mind that once they gain a place at club it remains theirs until they give notice to cancel.
To request a place please COMPLETE STEP 1 AND 2 BELOW
1. REGISTER YOUR CHILD (Click here) IMPORTANT YOU CANNOT MAKE A BOOKING ON THE FOLLOWING SCREEN, YOU MUST RETURN TO THIS PAGE AND COMPLETE STEP 2 TO BOOK
2. Complete the CONTRACT BOOKING REQUEST FORM (Click here).

Submitting a Booking Request does not guarantee a place. We will confirm availability with you. Once confirmed the contract will be binding and ongoing until notice to terminate the contract has been received or given. (see below).
Contract Amendments & Cancellations
Permanent Cancellations

Permanent cancellations include:

Individual sessions (on an ongoing basis)

Specific days
-
Entire contracts
-

These cancellations will permanently remove the relevant sessions from your booking pattern.
One-Off Absences
-
One-off sessions cannot be cancelled through your contract.

If your child will not be attending a booked session, please inform us via the Summary tab on your homepage.
⚠️ Please Note: Marking absence this way does not remove the charge for the session.
Notice Period for Reductions

To cancel or reduce your regular booking pattern:

Provide at least five working term-time days’ notice within the previous month by please email us at:

Changes will take effect from the first Monday of the following month, provided the notice period is met.

Non-Attendance Policy

Sessions missed for any reason will not be credited.
Adding Sessions

To add sessions on a regular basis, please email us at:

We will then contact you to discuss availably and when we can start extra sessions from.
Invoicing

Invoices are sent via email on the last day of each month, covering the upcoming month.

Full payment is due by the 7th of the month to which the invoice relates.

Session details

Costs

Child(ren) booked

To obtain a full session breakdown (e.g., for claims or reimbursements), do not cancel any sessions until after you've received your invoice.
Cancellations & Invoicing Notes

One-Off Absences:

If you report a session absence via the Summary tab, it will:

Still be charged.

Not appear itemised on your invoice.

No invoice reminders will be sent. Please review and pay invoices promptly upon receipt.
