Quackers Breakfast Club can be found in the Leap Room at the back of the School.
DROP OFF DETAILS
You will need to enter and then go to the very back of the School Car Park. Once there you will find a Gate on the Left with a door bell. Depending on the time you arrive, the Gate may be unlocked in which case you can walk through and you will find the Leap Room situated to the left, with the School on your right. If the Gate is locked please ring the bell and a Team Member will let you in.
The Club is Managed by Amanda.
Upon arrival, the children will be offered Breakfast consisting of a choice of cereal, along with toast with various toppings, yogurt and fruit. Should your child have a favourite cereal that we do not stock please let us know and we will do our best to cater for them (please note we are a nut free club so there may be certain cereals we cannot provide). BREAKFAST FINISHES AT 8.10AM to allow time to tidy up.
Once finished eating the children are free to play games and take part in art and craft activities, or just sit down and read a book.
HANDOVER WITH THE SCHOOL – ENSURING YOUR CHILDS SAFETY
The children will be taken to the playground when the gates open and handed over to the School.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
Quackers After School Club can be found in the Leap Room at the back of the School.
PICK UP DETAILS

HANDOVER WITH THE SCHOOL – ENSURING YOUR CHILDS SAFETY
We provide the school with a register of those attending to ensure your child reaches us safely. For children In Reception Class starting at 3.10PM a handover between the Teacher and Club Staff takes place, for all other years the children will be sent to the Club by their Teachers.
Should a child we are expecting not arrive after school we will inform the School who will enact THEIR missing child policy.
Please let us know if possible by 12.00 noon if your child will not be attending THAT day. Failure to do this MAY see a £5 charge added to cover time wasted looking for your child/children and may result in the withdrawal of our services to you. This is also important if your child is to attend another Club before coming to us and we have not been told of this on the Booking Form.
If coming to us later from ANY other Club you will need to liaise directly with them to ensure your child is brought to Quackers as WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR A CHILD UNTIL THEY ARRIVE AT OUR CLUB.
The Club is Managed by Amanda and along with her team are all Paediatric First Aiders.
Once all children have arrived and the register has been taken, we all go outside and play until 4.30PM. This allows children to get some fresh air and give them the opportunity for physical activity such as football, skipping, rounders etc. We also have areas where the children can just sit and talk outside should they be tired after their day at School. During the warmer months we may also set up arts and craft activities outside.
We do ask that you send your child in with the appropriate clothing such as hat, coat, gloves and scarves during the winter and a hat during the summer as we will always try and get outside unless it is not safe to do so or is heavily raining.
Around 4.30PM a Snack is served where the children are encouraged to make their own choices as to what they eat whilst they sit in groups overseen by a Team Member and they are encouraged to prepare their own food in line with Ofsted best practice. Snack normally consists of a choice of two of the following foods being Rolls, Sandwiches, Wraps and Cracker Bread. For fillings there is always a choice of Ham slices, Chicken slices, Cheese, Quorn, Marmite, Jam and Honey. With every tea two varieties of Vegetables and two varieties of Fruit are offered.
Water is available throughout the entire session and during tea a choice of Water and Sugar Free Squash is provided. WE DO NOT provide biscuits or cake.
Please note that due to allergies of other children we CANNOT allow children to eat food brought in from outside the Club. Should you child have a certain food preference please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate them. We cater for all allergies and religious dietary requirements.
After Snack, the children will either have access to outside games or a choice of inside board games, arts and crafts, small world or space to sit quietly and read or do homework.

To use our Cubs you must first register with us, one form can cover both After School and Breakfast Clubs.
MAKING A BOOKING
Booking Forms are normally on our website for the entire academic year. Each Booking Form covers one half of a Term.
Once registered, there are two different ways you can make a booking depending on your requirements.
Please note we reserve the right to not accept a child if we have had no booking for them and cannot accept a child that is not registered with us or who does not have on them medication they may need whilst at club. We ask that if your child does have medication such as an Epipen that you supply us with our own medication for safekeeping and you must complete and return to us a hard copy of the Administering Medicine From (Click here) along with any care plan that your child might have.
1. BOOKING ADHOC – Standard Rate
You are welcome to email or call us throughout the term with your requirements as and when you know them. Subject to availability we can offer you access to our Clubs at short notice/same day. As our Sessions are Non-Refundable and cannot be swapped for another day (see cancellation policy below), this option caters for parents who do not need the same Sessions each week or who do not know their requirements in advance. If booking for more than two Sessions at a time we ask that you still complete a Booking Form and send payment with the Booking. We appreciate sometimes children may turn up at very short notice and without a Booking Form, in these cases we will send you an invoice for payment the week after.
PLEASE NOTE that until further notice we will ONLY be able to add adhoc bookings if notified to us by 23.59 on the Thursday in the week PRIOR to the required adhoc session. This is because we have lower capacity during COVID 19.
2. BOOKING IN ADVANCE – Early Bird Rate
For those parents who know their requirements for the coming Half Term and want to guarantee their place, we can offer a Discounted Early Bird Rate. Simply complete a Booking Form at the bottom of this page and return it to us with payment before that Term's Early Bird Booking Deadline. Early Bird Deadline are shown on the form and on our website. To qualify for the Early Bird Rate payments must be made by the dates shown on the Booking Form.
Note: You can mix both the above approaches to best suit your circumstances. If you are waiting for the list of your School's Clubs to be announced, you can book in advance at the Early Bird Rate the days you know there will be no clubs and then add extra days later at the Standard Rate.
Our Terms and Conditions of booking which can be found on our booking forms apply to all bookings made, irrespective of the method used to book.
Because our aim is to always have space available for parents that book in before the start of a Half a Term so that parents have faith in childcare always being available, we will look at the number of bookings at the beginning of the coming Half Term and staff accordingly, rather than setting a maximum number of places based on a fixed number of staff. For this reason, we do not Refund or Swap any Bookings made for the current Half Term once it has begun.
You can however Cancel or Amend any Bookings made for any future dates beyond the current Half of Term, free of charge, up until the first day of the Half of Term the Booking relates too.
